Some of my best memories smell like campfire smoke.

As a kid, I spent summers at campgrounds—dirt on my knees, sticky marshmallow fingers, the sound of zippers on tent flaps. As an adult, not much has changed. I still choose outside over inside every chance I get. Buildings feel like boxes. Trees feel like home.

But here's what I didn't realize until later: it was never just the place. It was the people. There's something about sitting around a fire with someone—away from screens, away from noise—that unlocks a different kind of connection. Conversations go deeper. Laughs come easier. You learn things about each other that would never surface over a restaurant table. Whoever you camp with, you walk away with a bond that sticks.

Open Flame Living was born from that—the belief that the best meals, the longest conversations, and the quietest sunsets all happen around an open flame. Nature is my reset button, and this brand is my way of helping you bring that feeling to your own backyard.
